PRACTITIONER POLICY

PRICING POLICY

TREATMENT & PACKAGE POLICY

• Only services listed on the invoice will be provided.

• Prepaid programs are non-refundable.

• Treatments are non-transferable between individuals or clinic branches.

• Packages generally cannot be changed after purchase.

• Expired packages or gift cards are non-refundable.

LIABILITY POLICY

Kiara Clinic is not liable for economic or consequential losses related to services provided. Clients are responsible for providing complete medical details and following care instructions.

TREATMENT & GIFT CARD EXPIRATION

• Prepaid packages: Valid for 12–18 months depending on purchase.

• Gift cards: Valid for 12 months from purchase.

• One-time 30-day grace period allowed, subject to availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows: 100% fee.

• One-time grace period for missed appointments may be granted, subject to availability.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

Kiara Clinic reserves the right to refuse service if:

• A medical condition poses risk.

• The client displays abusive behaviour.

• Policies are repeatedly violated.

• Fraudulent activity is suspected.

WEBSITE AVAILABILITY & CHANGES

We aim to keep our website available but may suspend access for maintenance or business needs.

COMPLAINT POLICY
