Refund and Cancellation Policy – Kiara Clinic

At Kiara Clinic, your satisfaction, safety, and comfort are our top priorities. We are committed to providing high-quality, personalised dermatological, hair restoration, and aesthetic treatments. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and this policy outlines how we handle refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling.

Refunds

• Refunds are not available for services once they have been rendered.

• This is because treatment time, resources, and medical expertise have already been allocated to you.

• Individual treatment results vary and depend on multiple factors; therefore, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• Change of mind or personal circumstances (e.g., relocation, finding a lower-priced option elsewhere).

• Discontinuing treatments mid-course.

• Results not meeting personal expectations (results vary per individual and may require additional sessions).

• Treatment delays, advice received, or perceived effectiveness of the treatment.

• Expired prepaid packages.

Package Expiry

• 3–6 session packages – Valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

• 7–10 session packages – Valid for 18 months from the purchase date.

• Expired packages are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Holding Service Fees

If you need to postpone treatments due to pregnancy, surgery, illness, examinations, or emergency travel, we can hold your remaining sessions or credit for up to 12 months from the date of payment. Please contact us to arrange this.

Exceptions

In exceptional cases, Kiara Clinic may consider alternative solutions such as:

• Rescheduling your appointments.

• Transferring unused portions of your package to another person (subject to management approval).

• Applying unused credit toward another service.

• Consultation and guidance from our medical professionals to adjust your treatment plan.

Cancellations & Full Refund Eligibility

A full refund (minus applicable taxes) will only be issued if Kiara Clinic is unable to provide the service you have purchased.
